Global Experience: Originally from Sydney, Australia, Paul has been a martial artist since age 8. This led Paul to study under Doctor of Chinese Medicine, Dr. Ghim Mun Lam. He went on to establish a pain and injury clinic in Israel, and serve as Head Therapist at a private health club near Jerusalem.

Moving to the U.S. Paul established and lead innovative health and wellness programs as a Director of Athletics and Wellness, in Atlanta, Georgia.

During his four years in Hanoi, Vietnam, he developed tailored health and productivity programs for US Embassy officers.

Paul has transformed his company into Health-Span, focusing on unlocking health and enhancing performance for individuals and teams.

Paul’s background in Food Technology fuels his scientific approach to performance and productivity, leveraging quality control, preservation and cutting-edge research to empower his clients for success.

Paul Lewis is now based in St. Louis, Missouri, with his wife, Sheryl, and children, Caleb and Brianna. When Paul is not coaching, he is with his family, exercising, reading, researching, enjoying his artisanal tea room, capturing moments with his camera, preparing nutritious meals for family and friends, or ice-bathing and plunging.
